Recently I have noticed that Seniors are leaning towards Urban Senior photography. They want something young, hip, and modern. Senior photography is designed to show who they are when they graduate. It’s an “all about me” time and it’s okay. Senior sessions are so fun!!!
One of my favorite things about urban Senior photography is all the different looks you can get from a relatively small area. There are so many interesting places to explore in downtown Houston. There are colors, textures, different walls, so much to see. If unique pictures are what you are looking for, consider a downtown photoshoot.
We had planned for an outfit change for a completely different look. Usually the way this works is that one outfit is mom’s favorite and one is the Senior’s favorite. The first outfit Makayla wore was mom’s favorite. Her second outfit was her favorite. Mom likes green, she likes t-shirts and Converse. I liked both!!! We went to Discovery Green and they had an exhibit with colorful pinwheels called Gust. It is beautiful and a must see! It is a long colorful “corridor” that makes you feel like you are surrounded by colorful flowers that spin with the wind.
One quick outfit change and we have a brand new Makayla.
